The website MOTOFEDERATION.GE operates as the official platform of the LEPL Georgian National Motosports Federation, registration number 406108796 (hereinafter referred to as "GNMF"). Through the platform, users can create a personal account, which enables them to access services provided by GNMF—such as registering for events, requesting licenses for competition, officials, promoters, and more. By accessing and registering on the website, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions.
User Responsibilities
The user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during registration.
It is prohibited to use another person's data for registration or participation in competitions.
The user must not use the website for unlawful purposes.
Services, Limitations, and Refunds
The Federation provides users with the ability to request licenses and register for events under predefined terms and conditions.
The Federation reserves the right to modify or cancel the scope of services, the conditions, or the events themselves at any time with prior notice.
Refund Policy
License fees paid by users are refundable only in the following cases:
• If a scheduled event is canceled by the GNMF or by the decision of the promoter/organizer;
• If the specific class category for which the license holder was registered is canceled;
• Refunds will be processed within five (5) working days.
In all other cases, including when the user cancels registration or participation, refunds will not be issued, except as required under applicable Georgian legislation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website (logos, text, images, etc.) is protected by law and belongs to the Federation or its rights holders.
Service Suspension
The Federation reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the website due to technical or other necessary reasons.
